Very transparent when dealing with out of the ordinary orders or situations which is great, fast turnaround for ordered parts and always willing to do whatever it takes to keep us happy and operating smoothly. Performance Waterjet treats our business like their business which matters a great deal when it comes to manufacturing. Our deadline becomes their deadline. Performance Waterjet are an absolute pleasure to do business with. Their Knowledge is great. Their service is outstanding. You always feel completely supported. If you don't understand something or have an issue with your machine, they are on the phone or their friendly Technicians are on site very promptly to assist. Cannot recommended highly enough.
