I have been promised to get my funds transferred with in 48hr and after 3days the company advised me the currency I requested is not normal to source ( Indian Rupes) & and after 5 days now they ha e made another excuse that they can't find any local bank so they have to transfer the funds through American Bank.So for I have lost over 3400 just as an exchange Rate difference. I will not recommend to USE this organisation as they don't have any Offce in Sydney as advertised ( advised by customer care) & if you loose the money at the End it better to not get attracted by Advertising Exchange Rate. Better use Western Union or Monegram etc....

Haven’t had an issue to date and been using OFX for over a year. Platform is easy to use online and also on the app and the money hits the overseas account very quickly.

While still undecided I signed up to further explore their offerings. I received a pressuring phone call within 25 minutes urging me to finish my registration. The caller was obviously from overseas judging by the delay on the line. I explained in no uncertain terms that they were never to call me again. In addition I've received emails urging me to finish registering and use their service. I'm not interested in such tactics, and as a result I will not be using them.

Don't ever EVER!! use their currency services!! Made a transfer more than 2 weeks ago which was cancelled and I'm still waiting for them to return my money. Every time I call I have to explain the situation again and again and again. They keep asking me for documentation and no one is able to tell when I am going to receive the money.

They employee arrogant rude abnoxious staff..who speak to other staff members in a very condescending manner..leila Tarakjian is one of them..she is a Muppet..DO NOT work for her...she knows nothing

Was going to apply for a IT Position but after reading the Glassdoor reviews, I surely won’t be applying. Sounds like a miserable place to work. Thank god for reviews.
