They have ambiguous forms and instructions and aren't allowed to help fill them out, charge criminally high fees and then charge another criminality high fee to tell you where you stuffed up their cryptic, entrapping, presumed knowledge form. The government said that outsourced businesses had to be Australian. This one is substantially british. I believe that these few favourable reviews have been posted by staff and their friends. They couldn't possibly be civilians interacting.

Absolutely pathetic service I called up 4 times to confirm all the documents I would need to apply for a new land title I even suggested that I could come in and get the forms in person and they told me to print the documents online so I did only to find out that once I have completed the documents and got them certified by a jp that they are the wrong forms. now I printed these forms straight of the website of nsw land registry which is the site their staff told me to go to and then they tell me my declaration isn’t good enough how hard is it to train people to give the right information or even better update your online system so they show the correct forms I still can’t believe they let these inadequate workers to handle these important documents , bunch of clowns

I've needed to contact the LRS by email and phone on a number of occasion this year to register an easement. Each interaction was professional, prompt and staff were very helpful. Great improvement in customer service, engagement and experience since the privation. Keep up the good work.

I had a terrible experience. I waited four weeks and was told my fee was unpaid, however I actually already paid. I need to spend lots of time to call them and email them to find out that the Account didn't send me the correct invoice.

I had an absolutely terrible experience. I was given the wrong info by their staff on multiple occasions and as a result had to make numerous trips to the city to 'rectify' them. God i hope i don't have to deal with such recklessness and disregard in future dealings. The hole organisation should be ashamed of themselves. Its very easy for them to sit behind a desk and tell you to do 'this and that' but they fail to appreciate the time it takes for us to do so. Worst of all the time wasted could have be avoided if they cared to provide 'average' customer service. NSWLRS shame on you!

Incredibly slow and bad customer service. Don't show any compassion or understanding that people may have been waiting years for their land to register. Missed the fact that an easement is on the title of my land when in reality, it is not there. This caused further delays on an already 28 month long process. Did not rush to fix this mistake, 6 weeks later and still waiting.
