I do not like to give negative reviews but it has to be one of the most difficult Government Organisations to get through to. I feel a better phone system needs to be thought of and an email address provided. When I called several times I was left hanging for ever and then placed on hold or a message spoken so quickly that I could not get down the information about contacting them in an email. Please do something to make it a priority to get through to and supply an alternative way such as an email on your site.

pizza was just milk. literally, they just gave us milk in a pizza box. we were told not to question it or they would get the authorities onto us. and don't get me started on the drinks... it was all just uncooked pasta. like how do you mess up a drink so bad?? they're the leading cause of early onset dementia in adolescence aged 12-18. they're the reason one direction broke up. they ruined everything for directioners everywhere. they'll never be forgived.

Would be a 5 stars, except it started existing, so I had to lower it to a 1 star.

Nesa force me to do English, and as a student who is more interested in engineering and science, not only would I much rather take chemistry, it would probably help me out more in the future. Also the pizza was cold
