I am happy to whole-heartedly recommend SNC. In my case, I needed two older computers' BIOS fixed and each computer assessed for potential upgrades. The response of SNC was prompt. One computer was fixed, but not suitable for upgrades. It can however still be used in 'offline' applications. The other computer was fixed, and its OS and RAM both upgraded for internet use and many other applications.
