After purchasing a couple handbags from this store I remain extremely impressed by the customer service offered by this Mulberry store. After purchasing a Bayswater handbag from the Christmas sale we later decided to return it opting for the Oxblood colour alternative. This was ordered in with a minimum of fuss and fantastic care and customer support offered by the manager throughout. Looking at previous review, i am sorry that others have not had as good an experience as we have, all i can say is that our experience was excellent throughout.

Went into the store during Boxing Day to try out a backpack that I have been eyeing for a couple of months. I was assisted by one associate. Being advised the entire store (including permanent pieces) was discounted for one day only, so I've thought about it for 5 min and got it anyway. However, I've felt rushed by the service. The store was overstaffed and the majority of them were not even preoccupied with customers. My receipt was not placed in a nice envelope or even had a ribbon tied up on my shopping bag like I would get from other luxury stores?

Got a lovely and warming hospitality from Ivy Ha today. She and her colleague gave me recommendation for me choosing bags and I'd definitely would like to come back for next purchase. I made a phone call before I visited a store to double check of stock status and she was friendly over phone as well.

Wonderful Service - above and beyond This year for my birthday, I was bought a pre-loved Mulberry bag (excellent condition). Being 2nd hand, it didn't come with a dust bag and I like to store my bags when not in use in such bags to try and maintain their condition and prevent them being scraped and scuffed. So I reached out, on the off-chance, to Mulberry in Australia to see if they might have any spares and if they do whether they would be kind enough to either send me one, or I could have collected from their store. These things are rare as hens teeth unless you are buying new when they come in the box with the product, so they didn't have one, but rather than just leave it at that, they reached out to their international counterparts and someone in the UK found one that would suit - it must be my year! Thank you so much to the team here and there for making one birthday girl very happy

I found the staff and manager were very rude and not very helpful at all in this Sydney mulberry store in qvb. I was shopping here with my husband last month and they didn’t even bothered to help me rather than busy helping other customers?! I end up waiting in the store for nearly an hour and jiat had to walk out empty handed. Shouldn’t they treat all the customers equally??!!! Very dissatisfied with this place!!!
