I called the number on the website which repeatedly says don’t hesitate to get in touch with Marie who is happy to help only to be met with a really rude response of “could you not have called tomorrow?” I honestly didn’t know what to say! To which she continued “It’s a Sunday morning and I’m out with my grandkids” Fair enough, but firstly, if you don’t wish to take calls on weekends, say so on your website. Secondly, a simple “I’d love to give you more information but I’m actually a bit busy today, could you give me a call back tomorrow?” would suffice.
