Picked up my new glasses the other day and I love them! All the staff are friendly, experienced and so helpful when choosing frames and they have a great selection to choose from. I bought readers, multi-focals and a pair with office lenses in. I can highly recommend the office lenses to anyone who spends their workday looking at their computer screen and then down at paperwork, so comfortable and easy to wear, love them! Thanks guys, I will definitely be back! Love what you've done with the new shop too!

I went for my first eye test ever this week. So happy that Master Specs was recommended to me. Very professional, very efficient and I ended up with a great quality pair of glasses for no cost (private health insurance paid for the lot). I would definitely recommend getting your eye tests done here. The team here are great.

I've bought glasses from Master Specs twice and both times they provided the utmost in professional, helpful and friendly service. I'd never worn glasses before and the staff patiently took me through my options and answered all my questions thoroughly. On the second visit, my prescription had changed and they saved me money by suggesting that I just replace the lenses in my existing frames. Master Specs has made me a loyal customer.

Karen did my eye test, and as someone who has had a few of these over the years, I was really impressed with the way in which she said what she was doing, what my results were numerically and what that meant in terms of comparing my to others as she proceeded with each part of the test. All the staff were courteous, personable and I turned up on time, and did not have to wait. Perfect service.

Staff were amazing!! Gave me a great deal made the process so easy, got my glasses in 2 days and threw in free cleaning spray. I will always go back there even if just for the service. Extremely happy customer.
