I cannot recommend this service more highly. Lance was prompt with responses, detailed with information and was wonderful to deal with throughout - easily accommodating my frequent questions and a few changes. The boat was early - so no waiting around for my party, the vessel was clean and well presented and easily fit my party undercover (it was raining), and the journey was comfortable and efficient. We used service of Majestic Water Taxi for a return trip to Shark Island from Barangaroo. The service was excellent - professional, punctual, and friendly. The boat was new and clean, and the captain, Lance, was very kind and friendly.
We were in the Circular Quay with our son when his favourite hat was blown off his head and into the harbour by a gust of wind. The boat captain of the taxi near us helped to retrieve our young son's hat with incredible generosity and kindness. Good people in this world exist and I'd use this taxi service anytime to go anywhere knowing such good people watching out and in charge. Thank you!!
