My wife was so nervous to have her wisdom tooth removed but thanks to the care of Dr Deane and Christine, they made her feel comfortable to go ahead with the procedure. Christine care during the operation was exceptional. The operation was quick and pain free and not much swelling for the first days. I Highly recommended this practice.

Yesterday I saw Dr Mauser to have a molar removed. This was done painlessly, with a high degree of care. I left after the extraction and as I am on blood thinners, Dr Mauser rang me later, in the afternoon, to make sure the bleeding had stopped. I see this man not only very professional but has a high degree of KINDNESS that is not always shown in todays world.
Both Dr Mouser and Dr Deane provided an excellent level of care. They were clearly competent, very patient at explaining what management would be needed, and most importantly, did not "oversell" any treatment- a sadly rare attribute amongst dentists and surgeons. I could not recommend them highly enough
I found Dr Mouser to be extremely kind and gentle. He's a wonderful dentist and I would recommend him to anyone who needs to see a good and empathetic dentist. I saw him for a very painful dry socket. He treated me with such loving kindness and I felt very reassured. I would say the same for Marietta, dental nurse who helped me every step of the way till I got a 100% better. Thank you.
Dr Mouser and his team are the only people I would trust with my teeth in the world. I have seen Dr Mouser twice in the last two years for complicated wisdom teeth removals, and both times I was made to feel calm, comfortable, and the treatment was completed quickly and with no pain at all. His team are all so welcoming and accommodating, and the follow up care is fantastic.
Plenty of 5 star reviews about Dr Mousers work and after getting my wisdom teeth removed by him it is clear why. Dr Mouser was extremely professional, I have had little to no post op swelling and have taken hardly any pain killers during recovery. 10/10
Dr Mouser was an absolute professional extracting my chipped, stubborn wisdom tooth. Despite my trepidation, he was able to put me completely at ease and talked me through every step of the process. Before I knew it, it was all over and I was on my way home with no swelling to speak of and practically no pain. I took some pain-killers later that day just in case, and didn't need any more after that. The receptionist was also extremely friendly and helpful over the phone.
The worst customer service I ever had!!!! I left two emails booking for appointments, as no one replied my first email. Than few days later I called to follow up the email request I sent for booking. The receptionist (sounds like a middle age or older lady ) responded me: “ah, you sent email for booking? NORMAL people don’t send email for booking, normal people called.....” She was super super rude for no reasons!! I was shocked and angry and asked her do you ever check your email which you put on your website ?? ..... she said no. It was a shocker for me. And I have no confidence and interests to do anything with this place!!
