I had purchased a small Le Pilage tote earlier in the year without issue, and wanted to purchase a larger one a couple of weeks before Christmas. When I walked in the store both sales assistants were attending to other customers, no problem, happy to wait my turn. Was not acknowledged at all by either assistant. Two other ladies walked in and they were helped before me within a minute of walking in the store while the sales assistant was still helping a customer even though they said they were 'only looking'. Clearly both the customers and the sales assistants knew I was in there already. I walked out and will not visit the store again.

Terrible customer service. They don’t write the exchange terms on the receipt, don’t tell you when you purchase nor have it visible in store. Wouldn’t exchange a present and just smiled whilst saying sorry.
