Locked myself out of my apartment and needed a locksmith quickly! I called Lockout Squad and thankfully got on to Michael who was able to help me out in a hurry. He got to me within 15 minutes of my call and charged a very reasonable price. He got me back into my home in under half an hour without any trouble. I can’t recommend these guys enough! Professional, polite and affordable service. I attempted 3 other locksmiths around the area who were all going to take hours to get to me and were charging a fortune! So happy I found Lockout Squad in the end.

Nice guys but they took an hour to get here, and couldnt unlock any of my doors. Eventually I convinced them to help me remove a flyscreen on an unlocked window. The guy snapped one of the screws. I climbed in through the window, and they ended up charging me 315. Imagine paying 315 to climb through your own window. They didnt even screw the flyscreen back in... Oh this was at 9pm and they didnt have a torch, so relied upon the torch from my phone.

Customer Service

Normally a locksmith just re-key's the lock once they let you inside your property and give them a key that you locked inside. Not this guy. He changes the whole door handle. He swapped out my designer door handle worth several hundred dollars for a cheap bunnings door handle and charged a small fortune.
