Terrible business. Paid 400 for a sign. Recieved it damaged, with rattles inside it, but still functioning. Advised the Company. "Wilson" suggested i remove the end caps of the sign to see what was rattling. Found broken plastic and metal nuts inside. Sydney LED Signs advised these were not crucial to its function. "Wilson" then gave me instruction on how to set the sign up using WiFi. I did this. A few months later the Wifi failed. Rang SLS. Was told i had not paid for Wifi. Was told to F#k Off. Have not been able to contact them since. Stay away. He is a rogue
