I was served by a really lovely woman named Nicole on the weekend when I went in to buy a large pot for a gift and I was beyond impressed with her service. It was honestly world class. She was very knowledgeable about the products and what types of recipes were appropriate for the pot I was buying, and also just really personable.

Helpful and friendly staff who offered advice and their opinions in regards to the stock and possible applications in the kitchen. Good range- this cookware is on the expensive side, but youre buying a quality piece that will last a lifetime if cared for.
I’d like to mention how helpful Alice has been at Le Creuset Sydney Store (Strand Arcade). She has a wonderful warm smile on arrival and even had my items popped aside ready that we had discussed earlier. She has answered all my questions easily and patiently. This place was fantastic, I was served by two lovely ladies with good information. The pot came with free recipes and I was happy with my purchase. The quality is amazing, I can already taste the difference in my cooking, the flavours are more intense. To top it off, they gave me a good discount, and a free present. Very happy, I will come back again.
I went to pick up an order that came in as they didn't have the cups in the same colour. I was served by a really friendly lady, and always good service, I like the paper bag they always give you doesn't matter how small the items are. Very happy.
