These guys are a total scam stay away took 8000 for evaluation and legal fees in November promised a 2-3 week turnaround its now march and they finally answered the phone and when asked she said they trying to source a lender when I asked for a refund she said its non refundable and since no answer to over 100 calls to her and Jeremy. This is a total scam.

I bought a property, paid 10% down-payment thinking that my bank of 10 years will approve it without a hitch but then Covid came and I only have 1 month left to pay the balance or my down-payment will be forfeited. Approached Launchcap and within 3 weeks, I was able to finalize the purchase. I can't thank them enough!

Beware of this company! All positive 5 stars reviews are fake and have all been written within 1 week. ALL the fake accounts used for that tasks have reviewed a few other businesses on the same day as they reviewed Launchcap (to make it more believable). This truly shows the level of integrity Launchap has. In order to hide REAL reviews (that show how bad they are) they are posting fake reviews with fake accounts. How bad is that! How can you trust a company like this one? I guess you shouldn't.

Please steer clear of this company. I have had the same experience with the previous reviews. They are unprofessional, have no integrity and are totally incompetent. They take upfront fees then stop taking and returning calls and do not respond to emails. We provided a clear settlement date for one of my clients which they said they could easily meet and they waited until the day before to finally send me an email saying they would not be proceeding with the finance. They spend more time promoting themselves on LinkedIn then responding to their actual clients. Again steer clear!

Had the worst experience going through launchcap the guy Jeremy took us for a ride the whole time saying everything’s under control for over 2 months - to then issue loan docs with everything completely changed, interest rate from 6% to now 12% was a joke and all for loan amounts to almost half of what was promised. Don’t trust this group, don’t waste your time.
