A fun little café for a quick catch up with a friend. We visited on 20.03.2021 (in the afternoon) around 5.30pm. The lady that served us was very friendly. I ordered a soy green tea latte, very yummy but not so strong in taste & they included a free chocolate bunny with our beverages This shop also offers different varieties of Kit Kat’s ! They have so many flavours to choose from. A perfect spot to buy presents for family or friends. My friend bought me the matcha and ruby flavoured one as a gift to me & I loved it! Very yummy indeed It’s like a sushi train except it’s a Kit Kat train

Unique and interesting experience!! I booked in advance for the tasting table experience for my family. The store is small, cute and beautifully presented. The tasting table is a sushi train with handcrafted unique flavoured single bar Kit Kat’s. From the menu we ordered the Smokin Matcha and Aussie Lamo. Both the desserts were beautifully presented and were delicious. I also had the Kit Kat hot chocolate which was perfect ! My family enjoyed the single mint and jelly & peanut butter single crafted Kit Kat’s from the sushi train which were also delicious. The only reason I’m giving this a 4 star instead of 5 was because of the location of the tasting table. You have your back to everyone in the queue and your right at the walkway in the mid city centre. There is no view except for a tiny sushi train with a black board. it would of been so much better if we could see the staff making the Kit Kat’s at the back. I would definitely have this table moved for a better experience. Overall we enjoyed the tasting table Kit Kat Chocolatory, it offered exceptional service and when you book in advance you skip the queue and there is no queue for going into the store once you finish your special desserts. It’s something we would only do once and say yes we did it !!

To pricey and bad location. The worst thing is staff have very poor food hygiene. I have seen staff put away desserts using their hands and no gloves. The staff also walk in and out of the counter touching other things and not wash their hands. Staff are not properly trained in good hygiene. Makes me think how clean the utensils are. Seeing how much you pay per dessert you would expect staff to be properly trained.

Has a lot of kit kat flavours and can be a nice gift to receive/give. They also have drinks to offer and a places to sit outside of the shop and inside next to a small conveyor belt that drags kit kat.

Pretty cool! So much different flavors especially asian one. The guy front door host really took care of people waiting in line and made sure no one sneaked in. Things to improve: - signs. Please add more information. I had to ask the staff about what's inside the boxes and he showed me the QR code. Even that was not easily noticable. There was no signs on Christmas festival four course dinner which is missing out on a unique product! - seating. I feel like when it gets more established then please move. I don't like how open it is when you are trying the fancy menu at KitKat. I want the experience to be really nice and interrupted by people's bags hitting me.

Was pretty cool to buy different flavours of Kit Kat’s, if you want to design your own I recommend ordering it the night before you go as for when we tried to do it in store there was a 7 hour wait

Nicely layed out shop with a lot of colour. I don’t think the different types of kitkats itself are worth the hype. I personally would just rather the normal kitkats. Making your own kitkats would take around 3 hours to set. I didn’t think it was worth the time. It’s interesting to see a dine in area specialising desserts featuring kitkats.

Came in for two coffees last Saturday afternoon, pouring rain and needed something warm. Didn’t expect Kit Kat to make decent coffee! Will be back next time.
