I arrived only 15 mins before closing (4.45pm) without booking and Jeffrey come very helpfully to me. It was my one day trip to Sydney and had some places to go before finding a Notary Public. By the way I tried more than 5 professionals but everyone were out of office. It was a specific case and he got a book from the shelf to check the procedure and gave me some tips about the next steps. After hearing the record from my friend's appointment with this guy, I felt shocked. I've never seen a solicitor is so rude to his customer! Most of the time he was on yelling, criticising and insulting the customer. He is extrimly depressional, rude and mantel unhealthy. Suggest report this to OLSC.
