We e used institchu for our friends wedding, a party of 5. We used the tailored service and paid a pretty hefty sum for the service and the suits. We ordered them over 2 months before the wedding and were told repeatedly that our suits would arrive around 3 weeks before the wedding. Now we're are 1 week away and they have informed us that they are not going to be ready in time. This has meant that we have had to go elsewhere, with only a week to go before his wedding to get suits sorted. They have completely screwed us over and instead of contacting us earlier to let us know there were issues they have waited until 9 days before the wedding. The groom even had to fight with them to get a refund as they said they might arrive the day before his wedding, like we can take that risk. I would not recommend anyone use this company, it is disgraceful what they have done and would be happy to tell anyone in the future to stay away from this company. Shame

We ordered a couple of professional suits for my husband and had a great experience from measure to final fitting. The tailored suits are very well price and turned out perfectly. We dealt with Josh he was an absolute legend, would recommend you ask for him!

Had a great experience getting fitted at the Lt Collins Street store by Micky the day after lockdown ended. I felt like a King, and he even gave me a free beer! Was really looking forward to wearing a beautiful suit for my brother's wedding in Sydney having spent most of the year in lockdown in Melbourne, but the suits will not arrive in time for the wedding. Now we need to get fitted again for inferior suits. It's been a big last-minute hassle and stress for everyone to organise new suits. I'm really sad that I won't get to wear that beautiful suit to help my brother get married after this traumatic year. Two thumbs down.

I dealt with Malvikha and Joshua from the InStitchu team at David Jones Sydney. They treated me like GOLD. They were so friendly throughout the whole process from fitting to updates to the pickup date. The products that I ordered were exactly how I wanted and were perfect. I can not thank Joshua and Malvikha and the whole InStitchu team for their hard work and perfect delivery and friendly service! Thank you again!

Ordered a suit and two shirts from Institchu. Suit was very well fitted. Both shirts had sleeves that were excessively long. Went back and got a refit and tailoring. When I received the shirts back, the tailor had actually swapped the cuffs of the shirt the wrong way around...... Friendly customer service but pretty frustrating final product.

I tried to get my wedding suit here (5 months prior to my wedding) and was forced to have over 7 appointments in the store due to incorrect tailoring. My shirt for my wedding didn't actually arrive in time and the company were forced to refund me and simply apologise. I would not recommend using this company unless you have 6 months to wait for a suit, or have no timeline.

Tailored service tailored clothing Happy repeat client. I have been an Instichu customer for three years now. As a big guy it was always tough for me to buy off the rack I always though tailored suits would cost me thousands. Instichu offered quality garments and fair prices but the real key are their people. Firstly Tim Aquino, then Lousie Humphries and now Malvihka Ramlu all made my customer experience first class. I fit out my entire office in Instichu suits and garments and can recommend them with confidence. Thank you Malvihka for all the extra mile things you do for our team and many outside of work hour visits you make to our store. You feel like you are part of our team!
