It's not a traditional Japanese restaurant where the service is rude especially the waitress whose the name starts with A ( Alicia or so don't remember) I literally witnesses her shouted at an uniform girl with a dismissive and arrogant attitude. My partner and myself stood behind the counter saying "She is so rude" then the waitress may realize it and softened her attitude afterwards. Food is okay but a restaurant is an overall experience, not simply what is on the menu.

This Ramen place is located in Sydney CBD and inside a Mall building so you will not expect a quiet ambiance. Everytime I go here there's a long queue, for me it's given when the food is really good and value for money. So I know the drill here, I will go get a number and wait for my turn depending how long is my waiting time. I will simply walk around first or patiently wait outside amongst others. And when you get to sit, you are sometimes sitting amongst other people you don't know. So tight and it's kinda annoying. So when the COVID restriction happen, they re-open and allowed only 10 people inside. I was so happy that I will eat there for the first time with so much space around me and very quiet. I went there with my partner. For us, it's perfect fix for the cold winter weather. What else to order but my favourite Ramen and Takoyaki. It always taste the same and nice. It is not the superlative goodness degree of ramen like what others would look for in a fine dining. This is just perfect for your Ramen fix and other Japanese food. Don't expect more when you go here. And for the staff it's a hit and miss, some are good and some are not.

The place so convenient, food in a very good portion and not too expensive, the taste?? Every single food i've tried never dissapoint me, although i only have 1 pic, because i never took pic anymore, everytime the food come i couldn't wait to eat them

really good food, i really enjoyed their omulette rice but it hasn't been on the menu recently which is sad. the only read downside is that you can't split the bill which means friends have to pay via cash. you also don't have to wait long for your food to arrive.

Shared a few dishes, tsukemen was excellent, Karaage chicken had a great portion. No issues with getting a container to take home leftovers.
