Certain staff doesn't have enough training or common sense, don't even know customer reference and immediately told customer they have not received their request. And it takes more than two days to find a pet friendly accommodation??? I was able to locate it myself but due to procedures, I still need to wait for their advice. Extremely disappointing. Not the Lido I know anymore.
