I would give this branch minus but unfortunately there is no such things on google review. Terrible service quality and inconsistent product. There is this one girl with butterfly tattoo on her back, heaps of piercings on ears, and recently dyed her hair green. She looks moody all the time, and has this attitude like she hates customers to be there. Her face expression, intonation, and response are hostile. She ignores customers a lot, talked to them as if they are unwanted right off the bat, and I even saw her smoking in the kitchen couple of times. Cant imagine the poor hygiene behind the counter I could tell. Nevertheless, It can't cease to amaze me why her boss still keeping her there for the sake of his/her business. Often the chicken tasted like it was leftover from yesterday's or is mediocre. Not as good some other HotStar venue I've tried on different places. Don't waste your time and money here. Would not come back here like ever.

I swear the lady (the one with glasses) that served me today (6 November 2020 at 9.33 pm) is VERY disgusting. She keep sneezing and coughing, not wearing mask is one thing, SHE NOT EVEN TRY TO COVER HER MOUTH, nor AT LEAST facing to other direction far of the food. She just keep splating the saliva all over the place, when opening the drink fridge, when packing the food. She even rubbing her nose right after she gave me my food. DISGUSTING. Food ended in the bin.

The fried chicken fillet always hits the spot when I get the craving. It’s always crispy, juicy and well seasoned with the right level of spice if you want to add some spice. But don’t expect the most welcoming service, in fact expect them to be rude as well as waiting a while if they’re busy. So just take your chicken and go.

This is my favourite fried chicken in Sydney. I would give it easily five stars for the quality of the chicken. But service varies from ok to bad. Reminds me of a Seinfeld episode that had a soup restaurant, where service was bad but the soup was great. Sometimes there is a nice girl there, but she is left alone doing everything at busy times, with dozens of customers waiting. Sometimes she is with another girl who seems to barely understand English, doesn't know what is on the menu, makes no attempt to understand you. At times there are two young guys, the one attending seems to not want to be there at all, very rude and dry. Sometimes it's a mix between them, so it can be OK or just terrible. Also terrible is the "menu" (if you can call it that), which consists of pictures glued to the wall, half of which they don't have. I kept on asking for the large squid for months, never there (and was oily when finally available). As you can see, I go there a lot as the chicken is good and they are open until late - if you want good fried chicken at a reasonable price and can put up with poor service, I'd recommend it. It's takeaway only, I grab some and eat while walking. If you want aa pleasant experience, skip it. BTW, they give you these non-recyclable plastic bags for no reason and charge you for them. Go figure.

The food is fine, however the staff are either incompetent or unwilling to serve. And i dont know which of the two is worse. It sucks because the food can be great, but ive had to wait upwards of 20 minutes for a piece of chicken on multiple occasions. Change the staff and im sure your sales would rise.
