I got my engagement ring from here which was quite nice and so I went back to get 2 new rings. I had informed them before going as to what I was after but they didn't make any arrangements to answer my queries for when i attended. They then promised to get back to me on two occasions and it just hasn't happened. I simply asked for a quote on a specified solitaire ring and on a ring I had seen on their instagram page. I don't think its appropriate to chase more than 2 times regarding a simple query. Very poor service.

If I could put zero stars, I would have. We dealt with the son, who was rude, arrogant, miserable and didn't want to be there. I definitely won't be going back. A waste of time.

My partner purchased my engagement ring from here and the diamonds are amazing. But the person they use to put it all together isn’t the greatest. I went back 3 times as the setting wasn’t symmetrical, the claws weren’t lined up and the band was lopsided. The staff were amazing except one lady was so unwelcoming and rude. Which has made me hesitant to return.

They created a stunning Cartier style love bracelet with a full ring of diamonds for my wife for a fraction of the price. Beautiful work and she absolutely loves it. Everyone comments about it.

I highly recommend this place. It is tucked away on the 9th floor of the Trust Building in Sydney CBD, so it is best to call before heading in. Their sales staff are easy to deal with and are very knowledgeable on their products (especially Tony and Cheryl). I bought my fiancé's engagement ring here and have since gone back for both wedding rings. Save yourself the time looking at every jeweller in the city - just go here straight up and you will get a quality diamond at a reasonable price.
