Had to sell my soul to open an account, with constant request for a financial info. Once open the legal team from overseas would continually ask for further info every 6 months. After all that, fxcm just closed the account after 4 years and sited the Users Agreement, with no further information supplied. I moved to IG Markets.

Shocking Unorganised Bad customer service
I tried to open an account. They asked for bank statements, 3 times! i sent it. They then asked for ridiculous financials from my business, just to open an account! they asked for BAS statements from my ato. All this over a 4 week process and then i realized these people must be thieves. STAY AWAY FROM THESE HOOLIGANS!
A few emails sent already, no response ! I will find another broker....
