The website is a little vague on detail but the live chat support is excellent at filling in the blanks. Not had a problem with their servers or website client portal, all in all, very good to deal with. My one small gripe is you can only withdraw funds by the same method they are deposited despite providing documents for a bank account, I would suggest finding the cheapest funding option and sticking with it to avoid confusion and scattering your funds around later.

The service is fair and satisfying. There's much room for improvement though especially for international clients when it comes to email responses for withdrawals or any actionable requests queries from their side. Also it would be great if the cash department can have direct land line for any queries. I still recommend FP for any aspiring traders. Best resources
