These guys stole every penny from my super fund, even after I told them, I didn’t want to use their service, received an out of date cheque, which I couldn’t cash for a tiny amount of what I had saved. I’ve contacted the fraud department in the Australian government. They even managed to access my fund with out the required documents. Stay clear of these gangsters.

Thank you Expresstax. I moved home to NZ before Covid19. Tax time I was having a lot of trouble finding anyone to get tax back from living in Sydney Australia. Then I found Expresstax. I already had an idea of how much I would probably receive back and that was how much I was quoted minus their flat rate. Everything was confirmed, they emailed to say they started process, they emailed to confirm payment said payment into my chosen bank account in NZ may take a week. The exact quoted amount was in my account 2 days later. My experience with Expresstax was honest, professional and straight forward. Jarrad.
Poor communication, they didn't answer questions, haven't forwarded a receipt for what I was charged or anything to show what I should see returned, just a random number placed in my bank account. Wasn't upfront about fees, even after asking two separate times they came back with a vague answer, only concrete number was for the super which I had already previously claimed elsewhere. If you have time to shop around, go elsewhere. EDIT: Not answering emails and still have not sent official receipt or record of my refund and charges.
The company offers great service. It just took less than 3 weeks to get back my super from the gov. They have sent me emails for telling me every single step of the refund procedure. A commission was higher than that I expected honesty, but I recommend this company if you’re not confident about doing super refund on your own. Thank you ExpressTax:)
They charged me additional 5% in name of Superannuation company's fee & more then what they said in start as their own fee for my superannuation refund. When I asked to justify the deduction they stop responding to my emails. So please be aware.
Scam artists. Had trouble creating ato account so tried express tax. Lodged a return and received no further contact. Had to email only to find out they're fee was just covered by my return so I wasn't due anything and they had taken it. Was for few hundred dollars, convenient! Was due to complications apparently but was never contacted to resolve this. Lesson learned. “Sorry to have to put this comment to copy. Because I have this kind of problem like you. They are scams.”
Absolutely brilliant service. I contacted them online, they lodged my application within 2 days and I received my money 2 days after that. Amazing service, would totally 100% recommend. Like anything, just be prepared and fill in every detail needed correctly and it's a breeze! Thank you!! :)
