I am a Consulting Electrical Engineer with many years experience in HV & LV design and construction. I have been using SafeGrid for more than 6 years now and enjoy using it to prove compliance with AS 2067. Electrotechnik keep improving their programs and advise improvements. The expert crew at Electrotechnick have also helped me several times when I experienced problems, eg I try to import symbols in the DXF which are not allowed. I really appreciate this 'back up' to their great program - Electrotechnik are very quick and responsive with their assistance. I also enjoyed one day's additional training by two of their senior engineers at their Sydney office in January 2020 which was most beneficial. I also look forward to using their Protection Co-ordination program which is soon to be released, because there is a real need for a friendly, efficient, economical and professional Protection Discrimination program which will accept all the major switchgear and protection relays.
