What a joke, contacted the company, and they promised to respond with options. Never heard zip from them. Do not waste your time, totally incompetent.

Do not use this company. The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and polite, however I believe they are not trustworthy at all. I was supposed to have the electricity connected on the Friday, by 8pm that night the company that Electricity monster had organised our connection with said they could not do it until Saturday. They then organised for me to use a different provider, AGL. Claiming they would be able to connect the electricity that day. I then phoned AGL and they said they had had no communication with Electricity monster which is also what the first company had also told me. AGL also said they would not be able to get us connected until the following week. We have now gone four days without electricity. I advise against using this company as they are not trustworthy.
