Echo Point is the only place I know in Sydney that has the Joysound system for Japanese songs. I've been here a few times and I can say that I've had a very enjoyable experience each time. The karaoke prices are relatively cheap and the rooms are well maintained. They also serve decent Japanese food if you're hungry. Definitely my most recommend karaoke place!

Not very accepting. Refused to accept Companion Cards, would not split the bill and where really demanding about checking bags of a prenominated disability group with support workers. Caused great distress to our participants, and did not acknowledge or take care of our participants despite preinformed when booked and in later correspondence that the group was for a disability organisation.
Good selection of songs. And they have soju!
Nice karaoke rooms, for small groups. Central location. Staff are reasonably friendly, and they sell drinks and snacks, as well. The equipment is quite good, but one speaker did not work. Overall good value for money.

This place smelt like old shoe. Karaoke didn’t have many English songs. Carpet was sticky. Upside the karaoke was reasonably priced.
Cashier and the costumer service is rude and arrogant. Only give 1 mic / room which is stupid Recommend not to come this karaoke If i can give 0 star I gave them one
Thanks to the team at Echo Point for always ensuring we have a great experience! My group and I always use the Joysound system and have a great time! The staff have always been very friendly with us and I think they're starting to recognise me Some improvement points: 1. Could you please update the Joysound system more often? 2. Expanded hot drinks selection would be nice. 3. Some improved food options would really help. If you make the food a little more affordable and improve the quality I think more people would be willing to buy it (I know we would!) rather than eat elsewhere before coming.
