Have been using Cruise guru web site to help compare cruise options and cruise lines. They have every cruise i searched for and in all cases the price was better than the cruise lines direct. Not sure when we can actually cruise again so i called them a few times and each time the lady I spoke with was very professional and really happy to help. We ended up booking a Holland america Circumnavigation of Australia and are very pleased with the price and bonus offers from Cruise guru. Great company, highly recommend. Also found out they are owned and operated here in Australia which is also good.

I was really scared about booking in my first cruise. But after speaking with Cruise Guru they made the whole experience so smooth and helped calm my nerves. I am no more excited then scared - the girls knew all about cruising and gave me some great tips for a first time cruiser. Will def be back again and will get all my never been on a cruise before friends to use them as well.
Cruise Guru is my 'go to' website for all of my cruise holidays, I prefer to book online and I find it has a larger range of cruises than other websites, and offers a range of fares with different inclusions for each cabin whereas other websites don't give you a choice. Thanks Cruise Guru keep up the good work!!
I will never book another cruise with this travel agent. We had a cruise booked for 28th September and Carnival cancelled it due to Covid on 23rd July. I had two rooms and was told on the 6th October one room refund has been received from Carnival but still currently in a queue to be processed. that was 4 weeks ago. It has now been 19 weeks since our cruise was cancelled and still no refunds. And they want to charge me 330 admin fee. What a joke. They have been refunded in full by carnival plus paid commission. This company is taking everyone for a ride and is hanging on to everyones money for as long as they can. They don't care about customers just there own pockets.
I wish I could rate 0* I booked a cruise through CruiseGuru to and had to cancel it in April (NOT COVID CANCELLED) This cruise was cancelled on MY OWN ACCORD. They said my refund would be processed within 12 weeks. Okay, understandable. Then it was 14 weeks, then it was "in order of departure date" When I called, the lady on the phone told me my refund should be processed separately from the Covid Cancellations because it was from myself. It's been almost 7 months and I have not received my refund for this cruise! It's beyond a joke and I'll NEVER be booking through this website again. Absolutely disgusting.
If i could rate 0 than that's what i would rate. Never again, book direct next time. So frustrated that its been over 18 weeks since requesting a full refund for 2 cabins that we booked through you and paid in full by your payment terms, terms that meant we paid over 6 months before our cruise was due to set sail. Here we are still waiting. You don't even have the courtesy to contact your customers, when the cruise was cancelled there was no contact from you so i have needed to keep chasing you. I understand that this is a hard time for all but you have our money, Carnival are saying you have been refunded so do the right thing and pay us. Finally received a email last weeek stating you are starting on July departure refunds, what a load of rubbish, people on same cruise we were meant to go on have received a refund from Cruise Guru already. Stop holding everyones money.
