Ramen place in a bar. It was surprising walking into the bar seeing sofa seats lying around. Nevertheless, it didn't stop us from having a good bowl of ramen. The pork is a slight let down. Love the broth. Got myself the salted shrimp clear broth. It's something new for me but good.

My second ramen destination this week in Sydney. This place turns into a license bar for the evening crowd. As for their ramen, I have to rate this as one of the best ramen place in Sydney. For years I have been a big fan of Gumshara. I haven’t found another ramen joint that equals Gumshara until I tried Crescent Ramen Bar. If you love thick rich ramen broth, this is your place. This place offers around 7 ramen options including a dry dipping ramen option. Their broth is magical, I ordered their miso flavour broth and it’s the riches and cleanest miso tasting broth I ever taken. Unmistaken rich miso taste. My lunch companion ordered the Bonita broth and amazingly its one of the most unique and beautifully bonito tasting broth. The ramen bar is supposed to be a temporary pop-up bar during lunch time. I hope it becomes permanent as I will be back here as often as I can. At least now I have a choice of Gumshara or Crescent for my ramen fix.

Good ramen shop in the middle of the city. It is a bit hidden and you need to peel your eyes to see the entrance. The ramen is quite good. The only have few selections. You can now adjust the soup thickness too.

Great ramen in an interesting location. I have been wanting to visit here for a while. The reviews and pictures on socials have been great and I was not disappointed. It is located below street level across the road from the Queen Victoria Building on George Street. Great friendly service in a bar and table setting. I chose to say at the bar and ordered the Chicken and Pork Stock Miso Ramen. This is all about the broth and noodles which are both delicious and thick. The pork is tender and egg nicely cooked. The broth is reason enough to come back, I’ll can’t wait to try more.

It's an interesting place to have ramen, but the ramen itself is a bit on the average side.

The ramen is authentic and delicious. I'm Keen to go back to try the other flavours. There's a 50c discount for all ramen paid in cash.

Food was okay and staff were friendly. Price is absolutely reasonable but the height of the tables, mostly... Bad idea to be eating noodles on a coffee table... Look at the photo.

Authentic Japanese ramen with thick broth in a hidden spot.
