Unfortunately, their level of attention to detail is low and their response was completely inadequate, potentially affecting my borrowing capability. They dismissed my claim about fraudulent activity and failed to respond with any coherence, nor take appropriate action. I will be continuing to monitor their poor performance and will update accordingly. If no proper communication or resolving of the issue is sorted out, I am happy to take it further with the Ombudsmen.

This does not show your true credit score my score was 835 via credit simple and a broker said only to use Equifax used by all lenders, My score in Equifax was 600... I will be more than happen to remove this review if I am proving wrong
My home loan application was seriously delayed by this company, as my credit report provided by them to the bank shows a big debt which neither I or other credit reporters are aware of. I don't believe my privacy and credit data is being handled properly by this company. No matter how unfair and irritating the case is, their reply is always "up to 30 days", cold and no care.
I wanted to check my score signed up and they said they couldn't identify me and had to upload my licence and another form of ID still locked out and can't sign in tried to call and email them very slack no customer service very strange as other websites I'd me electronically Owned by Illion and you can't talk to them either and they can report on your credit file My view is they are not a suitable to report on my credit and should be reported to government and have their credit licence revoked How do I get my details that I emailed them back and have them removed from having my credit file and be deregistered
Your app won't let me change my address but at last emails are being answered promptly.
They are good at finding your debts but are far too lazy to update your records when you pay them off. Far too close to being scamers for popularity and kickbacks for providing clients to lenders
In the last month I have paid off 3 loans and a credit card. Then today I get my latest score and my rating has dropped by 100 points. How can this happen? Get your act together credit simple. This is a joke. And don’t tell me it takes 2 months to update. The last 3 months my rating has slowly increased so why now has it gone backwards? You have my name, contact me. I want an explanation. I'm very impressed with the use of their platform. to be honest my first intention was to check how my credit rating was doing, because I knew I had a part 9 agreement on my file which was removed and I wanted see if it had improved my credit rating. Improve was an understatement, I saw my score go up from 398 to 756. Wow! Since my score went up I had the opportunity to get a car loan and get the car I wanted, which I couldn't do years ago. I'm very pleased with the outcome. Being more responsible with my money now more than ever. Thanks Credit simple!
