First timer for really anything cosmetic and i couldn't be happier. The whole experience was amazing right form the start. The ladies were so helpful with any questions i had. Dr Wetton was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable (i am super nervous about needles) but the results are amazing and i couldn't fault anything. So thankful i chose this place. Thank you for a great experience and looking forward to coming again!

In September 2020 I had a Fraxel CO2 laser treatment with Dr Mayson. I spent a lot of time researching the different laser treatments and went along to an appointment with Dr Mayson to discuss the treatment. I instantly felt at ease with his pleasant and reassuring demeanour. From this first appointment I felt confident to go ahead with the CO2 treatment. The girls on the reception are also so lovely which also helped me feel comfortable about my decision. I had the treatment done and I am more than pleased with the results. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Mayson to anyone considering any cosmetic procedures.

I've been going to Dr Mayson for over 5 years and i cannot speak highly enough about him, his work and his amazingly helpful and knowledgeable team on reception. I've had many friends also start going to Dr Mayson after seeing first hand his ability to make any procedure look natural and striking. I most recently underwent a breast augmentation and the process was seamless and at all times i was put at great ease by him and his team. All questions were answered thoroughly and he will always put his clients best interests first. Cannot recommend highly enough

Dr Mayson is really great, takes his time to explain things and is very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, he has employed a clinic manager who is probably the rudest person I have ever met. Every time I have been to the clinic I have had an altercation with her. She makes everyone feel uncomfortable and looks down on customers. I have been a returning customer and was upset that I was being charged in advance for a skin appointment, when the last time I came in for the same skin appointment I paid after the appointment. I had to have a discussion with the manager on the phone why they do not trust me to pay after the appointment after I previously spent thousands of dollars with them. It made me feel as if they did not trust me. She was so rude about this topic that I decided not to come back anymore as there are hundreds of other doctors out there with much friendlier staff. It is a shame that the only reason they are losing customers is due to the attitude of the clinic manager and some very unusual prepayment practices.

My wife had the best expectation but she got the worst experience ever. The receptionist persuaded her to pay 99 for the consultation in advance, we showed up on time. My wife told them her English wasn’t well enough and she wanted me to accompany her. They insisted that she would be able to understand Dr. Mayson and refused. The doctor had a brief check on my wife’s skin and let her leave in less than 10 min. My wife tried to show him the photos of her cosmetics from her phone and he refused on the excuse of COVID 19. The whole process was nothing friendly but rude.

I’m in my late 40’s and have always looked after myself in terms of diet and exercise but hadn’t really looked into cosmetic treatments until very recently. I think I was probably a little afraid of looking fake. A look which I hate! I decided to google around and speak with different clinics but it was this clinic that impressed me the most. Most of the others just offered me appointments but the lovely receptionist here took the time to ask me questions about what was bothering me, thoroughly explaining their consultation…so I decided to book in. I was greeted by the friendliest people and when I met Dr Mayson he was a true professional. He focused on three treatments none of which involved any surgery and I couldn’t be happier. I have had Ulherapy, Dermal Filler to different areas of my face and Botox (not in one go!) and I no longer have that drawn, tired look anymore but I still look like me (only better!)
