I felt like a film maker during this course, even though I was a complete beginner. We did a bit of everything, screen writing, filming, editing the clips and choosing music. It involved team work and group problem solving and collaboration for each step so there was no pressure to get things right. The end product was a finished short film that’s really good

Was a lot of fun. Feel more able to throw some flowers together in a natural but deliberate way. Could have been a little more compressed in time though! All said though, highly recommended!

Very much enjoyed the Pattern Making Extension course with Nola. She is very knowledgeable and I came away much more confident in using my blocks. The class size of 6 was perfect. I hope to be able to continue learning with Nola in either an Extension 3 course or some Workshop style classes.

I completed the Picture Framing Essentials course run by Ian. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and learnt a lot! I highly recommend this course. Ian in his delivery of the course was very detailed in his explanations and patient with everyone. He was well prepared and knew what we wanted out of the course.

Stephen is an excellent instructor. I would highly recommend the SCC lighting course to anyone who wants to understand the fundamentals of lighting. Stephen has put a lot of time and effort into preparing his presentations with some of the best graphics explaining lighting concepts that I have seen. There is plenty of hands-on practical shooting as well, where Stephens many years of working as a professional photographer in the real world help put theory into practice.
