Hands down the best IT suppliers I have worked with in 25 years. Responsive, professional, easy to understand and experts in all matters relating to our network, hardware, software and phone systems. The techs are great to deal with, talk without assuming I know their jargon and see any issues through to a successful resolution. We (an SMB finance company with 90 employees) have been using Cogenesis for over 2 years now and have been very happy with them for support.
