All staff are friendly and helpful. They are providing me with an extra service on a daily basis to help me with a chronic health condition at no extra cost. You won’t find that at Chemist Warehouse.

David the owner of this business is fantastic, always accommodating & helpful to your needs. Busy store, but always gives enough time to make each customer feel they are getting the attention they deserve. This level of customer service is not shown in any Chemist Warehouse Store, which is why David always gets my repeat business.

Purchased some reading glasses from this shop and then within a day they had broken. When I went back to exchange them I was told that they would not exchange them and would have to talk to the wholesaler. They did not care that I no longer had reading glasses and that this process may take 1-2 months before some third party decided that they may give me an exchange or not. They took no responsibility for selling shonky goods and could not care less about their customer. Don't buy products from here.

This online store is a joke! First they don't let you know that a product you ordered is out of stock and need to wait over a month for it! Second when you find out and you ask to send the rest they don't! I'm still waiting for my products which the manager promised to send out 10 working day ago! very poor service, very unhappy!

I’d never ever buy from them again. Staff was rude and the price of the medicine is super high (more than double comparing to same prescription). DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
