Incredible service! I missed my train and called ahead to see if they would stay open for an extra 10 minutes and they were more than happy. Once I arrived I was given a thorough brief on what my options were given my budget ABC the whisky I was aiming to pair of with. Just brilliant, 100% recommend.

I visited the Sydney Cigar House to buy a present for a friend who was about to have a baby boy for the first time. My time was almost running out for ideas but suddenly it's snapped an idea for cigars! (at the same time, I was having a terrible back-pain too). I know well the tradition (I am not sure if it's an Australian tradition too but it's originated from the North American tradition) to give someone who is going to have a new born baby..a cigar for the father as a token of congratulation, the proud of the father, masculinity, and a leader status. The shop that I visited, it's small but the knowledge of the sales person is far greater experience and I have learned a lot from him about cigars. If I want a cigar for myself, well...I do know where to go next time! カスタマーサービスありがとうございます
I found the prices were a bit higher than other places. Store worker had great knowledge of cigars and had plenty of time for me. I never felt pressured on selecting any particular type and he explained things very well. Low on stock with my regular cigars so needed to try some new ones. Will definitely come back to check stock when I’m in the CBD again!
The 3 stars above is for the varieties of well known Cuban Cohiba brand they house but sadly really lacks the way they communicate with their customers. If only they could greet and share their knowledge, describe cigar taste profiles and the do's and dont's of cigar enjoyment. As a customer you need to know your cigars before you go there. Prices are ok. All you do is go there and buy! That's it! And lastly they have a really cool cigar display humidor straight from Hogwarts! Check it out!
Completely Overprice store. I got a Cohiba Siglo 3 & 6 for 198. Totally ripoff. This store would never have me coming back.
