Best karaoke joint in Sydney: clean, equipment was great quality, the system they have to choose songs was easy to navigate, is in english and had a great variety of old, new songs and everything in between. We went to the Nolza Karaoke a few weeks ago, not sure why it's ranked so highly other than being cheap, everything was sticky and the system they use took forever to navigate (old school with a remote the size of a tablet but you needed to press it like a calculator...really slow to load, old school booklet for song menu, no english translation either! You spent more time trying to find songs and trying to make sense of the system ughh). So it was refreshing to go to CEO karaoke, though pricier, it was worth it. Will only be going for karaoke here from now on.

Abbas the security guard was a real gem! He was very generous with his time and lent a helping hand to my friend. He wasn't rude at all when escorting us out and was extremely respectful. Best security guard I've ever met - he deserves a raise!!

Came here because Mizuya closed down. Song selection was wide but not deep. They would have quite a few of the latest English songs but only a few classics. The user interface for choosing songs were terrible. Drinks were expensive and they chase you out rather rudely.

They treated my disabled friend with prejudice and denied it. I don't think this is fair, even in a customer service perspective. HOW HARD IS IT TO APOLOGISE?? ANNNNDD how do you not have henessy!!????

Just went there, changed a lot, especially the price, haha. But it's worth, because service getting better. More choices of drinks, such as beer, cocktails. Hard-style music still good. probably will book for Christmas party this year.

Our first time visiting here was absolutely horrible. The bodyguards were pretty nice, but the staffs weren’t. Bad behaviour, we payed 88 for an hour, asked for drinks ( whisky coke ) for like 40 minutes but nothing came up. Then we went out, asked for drinks and they said they didn’t have that drink at that moment with a horrible attitude. ( which they needed to tell us earlier ). Moreover, they kept looking through the door as we did something wrong and kept checking on us, how rude and uncomfortable it was! Tbh guys, if you want to have a great karaoke experience, never put this place in your list !

Be careful with these guys, they'll try to scam you out as much money as they can. The prices seem to constantly change, they'll ask for a deposit and then tell you that deposits can't be refunded as the machine broke, yet offer the machine to buy more. Drinks were diluted. The room we had had a machine that wasn't working, took 30min to get a new room but they then told us our session was over 30min into the new room.

Very overpriced, 160 for an hour (with no microphone). Rude staff and really just not worth it compared to other karaokes in the CBD. Would recommend Sydney karaoke over this place.
