I didn't visit The Ear Nose and Throat Centre. I actually had an appointment with The Tooth Sparkler, my long time Dentist Sara which is on Level 2, Bldg 2 of 49 Frenchs Forest Rd Frenchs Forest. They used to be above the shops in McIntosh Rd, Narraweena. So why did you think I visited the Ear, Nose & Throat Centre? Maybe it is in the same building?

I went to see Dr Mellor after receiving a recommendation from a friend. From my first appointment with her I felt at ease. She is knowledgeable and professional but also very down to earth and easy to talk to. I appreciated the way that she took the time to explain my options to me and I never felt rushed or pressured into decision making. The reception staff are always friendly and the rooms are clean and easily accessible. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the centre to anyone looking for a good ENT specialist.

I canceled my appointment due to customer care. They moved but their receptionist can't explain their new building location. They Do not have any idea about location. It took 45 minutes to explain their location. They do not care CUSTOMERS. We are not their patience. We just bring money. please Do not believe positive comments about staff. My comments just about recepsionists. I have no idea about doctors!!!!!!!!!
