Wow, accidentally walked in here to go to escalators and was short fronted by a male employee who got within 10 cm of my face, no social distancing here. When I realised I'd walked the wrong way I told this violent man that he is very lucky someone doesn't attack him for scaring them and jumping in there face. What a disgrace

I love Celine products and in the past have always shopped either in Rome or Harrods or Selfridges in London. The staff and their service there is EXCEPTIONAL. Finally, I have discovered the lovely young staff of David Jones in Celine, in particular Andrew, and he just cannot do enough for me. He guides me effortlessly between the flag store in Westfield and the David Jones Celine and accommodates my every wish, offering well received guidance and constructive comments. If either of the shops do not have a product, he goes out of his way to locate it either in Australia or from overseas. Effortlessly. THAT is service only ever experienced overseas. We need more of this in Australia and more ‘Andrews’ (from David Jones) and now William (from Celine’s Westfield ) in the retail business. Andrew’s personal interest, suggestions and attention is commendable and very much appreciated. I have only ever seen or experienced this level of customer service in the high end stores in Europe. Now we finally have it in Andrew. Celine should hand pick their shop assistants to fit the high end price tag of their clothes. Andrew is one of a kind. William is amazing too as is Nicholas from the Celine store in Melbourne. These boys go out of their way to help me. THANK YOU . They make shopping pleasurable. And...fun!

If you want to ruin your day, just go this shop and enjoy their sales’ “special” service. Worst sales people ever met.

Excellent customer service from Celine! I visited Celine store in westfiled and the staff named Victor was very helpful and friendly.The style i wanted to buy was sold out but Victor still be patient to show me all the bag available at the moment even some i didnt have interest in, he even ran to David Jones store and back to Westfield just to show me one bag, i really appreciate that!
Went in around midday today (Wednesday) there was 3 customers in the store, already at the main counter. I was grunted at like an animal by the male security guard who put his hand up at me as he grunted to stop me from entering the store. ..because it was too busy? Who knows? I didn't think 3 customers was the limit Celine serve at a time. This was his only form of communication with me. The security guard did not acknowledge me after standing there for several minutes before i decided to walk away. Appalling customer service and communication skills. A shame for Celine. I am a regular customer, but vowed to never go in again. Disgusting.
