Must say how happy we were with the great customer service that Campsmart provided us. We had a warranty issue and it was solved so quickly with no fuss and nothing was too much trouble, also Petra replied to my emails very promptly and was so helpful. Ordered 2 Sirocco fans from them, they arrived within a couple of days. There was a manufacturing fault with one so they sent out a replacement quickly. I was copied in on all emails between them and the supplier so I knew what was happening. Highly recommended their service and speed and will be using them from now on.
