Grossly incompetent, and absolutely appalling service that gave me a complete runaround. Communication is poor (if you can get to speak with a actual human) and not at all helpful. At this stage, it’s probably more enjoyable to still go visit the local grass proprietor, because they’ll at least be more professional, or just order your oils online - both faster, cheaper and easier options! Unfortunately I cannot give anything less than one star!

Appalling service. After my referral was sent I had to call to follow up an appointment. They set an appointment with the nurse and waited 3 hours for the call which never came. I called and couldnt get through, was contacted at all. I called again and they informed me the nurse was running late, I get it, but 5 hours late? Finally get through the nurse appointment wait a week for my doctors appointment, try to use their video conference and it would not connect. NO support number. I called them again to be hold again and eventually not picked up. I would estimate that 1 in 3 calls are answered and average response time to an email is 36 hours. I am going to have one last attempt at dealing with this organisation or I will be asking my doctor to refer to me another clinic and will pursue a refund either directly from the company of the ACCC Its just disappointing to see such a poor system to manage appointments and comms with customers.
Appalling service, terrible communication and an overall frustrating experience. Too bad I’ve already given them my money. I can’t even seem to get a response back and my queries and simple questions have continually been ignored. Avoid this company - I’ve had no choice but to cut my losses and go elsewhere.
CA Clinics is absolutely fantastic to deal with. All of the staff are very friendly and polite ) I highly recommend them If you are able, Dr Mark Hardy is one of the best doctors I have had the pleasure to deal with in my long history of treatment. He is very understanding and knowledgeable.

CA Clinics NSW have been a life saver for my son and our family. With their guidance and help, my son no longer has violent meltdowns. At first I didn’t know what to expect. I was assigned a doctor which I was able to contact them when needed and helped straight away. The process of accessing the oil is quick and easy. Thank you so much CA Clinics you are all life savers.
