Still smiling!! :) Took my husband on a scenic flight around Sydney and up to Berowra Waters for his birthday yesterday. What an amazing experience! Steve was very friendly and professional. We had a one hour scenic with Steve for my partners 30th. It was brilliant, Steve was a great host and brilliant pilot, he was knowledgeable and thorough in all his commentary. Richard and the young lady in the office were super helpful and great to deal with. Will definitely be return customers when we're back in town.

Terrible customer service. Not nice to deal with. The flight was fine, I guess but their communication is disorganised. Go with Sydney Seaplanes, they’re cheaper.
Outstanding seaplane service! Safe, professional, friendly pilot & staff. I flew from Palm Beach to Rose Bay; we saw dolphins, a whale, swimmers in the Bondi Icebergs pool, had a bird's eye view of "Sculpture by the Sea" (November) and of course the Harbour Bridge & Opera House. Many thanks to Naomi for reserving my seat and to Steve for a safe, memorable flight. I highly recommend!!
Amazing experience flying with Sydney by Seaplane! A wonderfully unique way to see Sydney, from the Harbour Bridge up to Palm Beach. Captain Steve Krug was the perfect pilot and guide!
We went to Cottage point for lunch for my partner's bday. Great service and a great flight on the seaplane and easily one of the best things I have ever done.
I thought for our anniversary a picnic lunch on the Beach, but wanted to make it special day. Our day was amazing thanks to Sydney by Seaplane...From our view of Sydney from the sky to an a la carte picnic seafood hamper with champagne...The sushimi tuna with aioli, chilli and olive on a gourmet cracker was to die for
