Just about caused my business to go under having no internet or phone for 2 months. Their customer service is beyond disgraceful. It took weeks of the ATO complaint process before the issue was resolved. I’ve never left anyone a 1 star review before but I just hope that no small business is stupid enough (like me) to use them. I’m back with one of the big telcos and haven’t had a problem since.
Absolute scam. I signed up under a deal of 150 per month. I was then charged over 270 every single month. One month I was debited over 1600! Then still got the 270 debit every month. I spoke directly to the CEO Daniel and was informed I would receive a refund for the 1600. I never did. Infact I was told yeh sorry that wasn't our fault somehow so you're not getting that back. I then cancelled the service only to be told I didn't cancel correctly and threatened with collections. Needless to say the email trails I have and contracts etc (which aren't even in the correct names) will be sent to the ombudsmen and I'll be demanding all my money back. Please take this as a VERY FAIR warning. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BANK DETAILS TO THESE PEOPLE. I have been fighting with them for 2 years!
Worst company i have ever dealt with. Customers are the last thing on their list and good luck getting a return phone call. Will never use them again.
Hidden fees and very expensive for the service you get. Do not use them.
