I had the pleasure of meeting with Paul at Balance Recruitment about a role based in Sydney. Paul was professional and courteous throughout of course. Somewhat unusually, it was apparent that Paul had taken the time to read through my history in depth, and used the time we had to ask probing questions to get deeper into specifics in an effort to properly deliver his client's requirements. As a candidate I can confirm they genuinely care, I dealt with Bob, and they treat you as a person. They are willing to talk, listen and follow up. In an industry plagued by computers matching keywords and graduates in literally anything with zero experience in the industry they are hiring for or the recruiting sector itself, they are an oasis of professionalism.
