Superb, extremely courteous service and precision technical advice from all staff, even invited to share staffs mouthwatering pastries on my first ever visit! Great timing by me lol. I'm a beginner to jewellery making, currently doing classes, so I wanted to buy a few tools and get started at home. I went into the Australian Jewellers Supplies store with a basic understanding of what I wanted, however, they have such a large range of everything and I was feeling a little overwhelmed with my options. With the excellent help of Chris in store, I left with exactly what I needed and had a very positive experience. Chris was fantastic! Extremely knowledgable and really wanting to help (not a retail experience I come across often), so thank you Australian Jewellers Supplies and Chris, I look forward to my next visit.
One of the few places to actually see and try tools in Sydney before committing to a buy. Well wwort a visit even if you only want to check out thier range in person. But if you're a known tool collector then maybe bring someone to save your wallet from yourself.
Staff is very friendly and trying their best for the customer’s needs. Wide variety of watch making accessories here.
Misleading advice plus, they sold us a soldering kit with NO REGULATOR from overseas. Terrible customer service.
