HI reader! AIS team helped me during my 482 visa process and it was very fast, faster than i thought! ( only a few days guys! i am not joking..it is really true. ) Anna was very nice, helpful and patient, she guided me step by step to solve my visa problems. Luna was always helpful during answering my question through phone call, and all other AIS staff are professional. If you read my review, i really want to say to all of you... if you have an issue with your visa or want to get important information, i suggest you book the consultation with Anna, tell all your stories, problems and expectations. The office is in Sydney CBD so it is really easy to find and very convenient also for anyone in other locations who wish to call. Absolutely recommend this agency for dealing with visa applications. My partner and I decided to apply for the Partner Visa (820&801) earlier this year and we decided to look for a good agency based on Google reviews. We chose AIS and the outcome could not be more satisfying. Anna Maria and Luna were very diligent and helpful at all times. Since the first consultation they made clear all the steps to take and thanks to that we were able to prepare our application much faster. Avoid this place, they just want your money and as soon you pay, you will have to do everything because they just won’t check any document, you will send to them. You will pay for a low quality service, and even you can ended up like me in AAT trying to fix what was done.

I found AIS on Google, attended an information seminar in Sydney CBD, presented by Anna Maria Alba, Senior Migration Specialist. At the first consultation Anna Maria listened to my story. She explained the whole application process from start to finish. Anna Maria told me what AIS can and cannot do. She was up front about her fees and she was honest about the possible outcome/s of my case. My visa case was somewhat complex as was the application process and enormous amount of paperwork required by The Department Of Immigration. Anna Maria Alba has excellent attention to detail in all of her work, making sure all the required paperwork was in order. The team at AIS promptly replied to emails and calls, considering how busy they are most of the time. The team at AIS are all knowledgeable and professional, keeping me calm and reassured throughout. Anna Maria tailored the service agreement to suit my needs. AIS are always up to date with any changes to Immigration Law. Sadly I could not continue with the visa application ( Offshore Partner Visa Subclass 309/100), as the relationship with my estranged husband who is overseas broke down. AIS were all supportive, caring, helpful during this difficult time. I have already recommended AIS to anyone needing help with visas. After my experience, I do not recommend anyone start their visa application without the services of a Migration Agent such as AIS. Thanks for reading.
