Save yourself a lot of money go to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Approximately 250.00. They made a mistake and to correct it asked for more money. Not a professional outfit. NOT recommended.

Excellent Service. Dealt with Michael. Needed an Apostille and notarisation for a degree. I followed the instructions on the website (very easy to follow, plus luckily my university has an online verification tool which I discovered through Apostille Australia), and then posted my documents on a Friday. Sent an email on Tuesday to confirm they had received my documents, received a reply the same day. My Apostille was in my mail box Thursday morning. Less than a week turn around for never having to step foot in a Government office. Very happy, thank you.

Unsatisfactory service! Provided me incorrect information regarding apostille of educational documents, and hung up the phone when confronted. When asked for a receipt for the services; declined. What kind of a business offers their services with no receipt? I had to go back and get the apostille redone myself with the help of the Australian embassy directly who were much more helpful and got the necessary services done at a fraction of the cost.

Please save your money and yourself a ton of aggravation. Never had to deal with such a rude, unhelpful, unprofessional individual. Has no respect for clients for for his profession. Doesn't know how to answer a phone and if he doesn't know an answer he just hangs up on you. If you need an Apostille Certifcate go directly to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. A fraction of the price and no grief.

Apostille offfice work between 8.30am and 1pm. That means most of the people need to take a day of to get a stupid stamp. Also you need an apoitment and pay 80 for stamp on the birth certificate. Super inconvenient place and rude service.
