Absolutely pathetic and appalling customer service. Booking was made 2 weeks prior the Easter long weekend and had taken time off work for the booking made on Saturday. But they decided to call one day before Good Friday to tell me that they are closed over the Easter long weekend. It's not even a public holiday on Saturday which my booking was made, No warming whatsoever was given when booking made 2 weeks ago. A terrible first experience and will never ever want to visit this establishment due to the lack of attention to detail. If you can't get a booking right, you will never apply the same rule to the rest of your services. Stay away for these parasites

I was given incorrect information about the PRP promotion. I paid the deposit and lost it based this info.Best to do research before booking online.

Very quick to respond to any questions or any changes to my appointments and really nice to deal with. My treatment with Maddie was great, very easygoing and put me at ease very quickly.
