I'm going to type my TERRIBLE experience in both Chinese and English. It's been a terrible experience. The solicitor Jason Neo presented our case (criminal). Initially, he told us we were going to plead not guilty. On the day, he decided to plead guilty, but WITHOUT discussing with us about the selections and consequences, but made decisions by himself. After that, there are problems with our character reference and apology letter, but he said it's fine. However, the magistrate was angry about our materials and gave us a harsh sentence. It can either demonstrate: a. he's not professional, and didn't know how to deal with criminal case; or b. he didn't read our documents but said they were fine. Both of these behaviours were unacceptable and unprofessional. On top of that, the price he charged eventually was a lot more higher than the quote, and NO OUTCOME was achieved by him. After that, we tried to talk to Patty Zhang about our complain, but she said if we like to talk to her, she's going to charge. We hired another lawyer from local law firm to do our appealing, and achieved a desirable outcome, which further demonstrated the unprofessional of Jason Neo. Guys, before you choose the law firm, please consider carefully. I will highly recommend you NO CHOOSE this firm. 我会将我这个糟糕的经历用英文和中文打出来。 我們之前委託梁律師(Jason Neo)打理我們的案子(criminal). 一开始，他跟我们说不認罪。但在當天，他在沒有跟我們溝通的情況下擅自選擇認罪, 而沒有跟我們解釋認罪和不認罪的選擇與後果。 認罪之後,我們的character reference和apology letter有問題,但梁律師都沒有指出。定罪当天，法官因为我们的文件很生气，给了我们一个严重的处罚。从这可以证明：1.梁律师并不专业，并不知道如何处理这类案件。或者 2.梁律师并没有读我们的文件，所以他才说没有问题。而这两种可能都是不专业而且不能被接受的。 并且，最后案件收取的费用比我们预想中的高很多，而且有没有请他案件结果都是一样的。在这之后，我们尝试联系Patty Zhang进行投诉，但她以跟她说话要收钱为由，拒绝与我们沟通。 在这之后，我们请了澳洲的律师进行上诉，并取得了很好的结果， 更加证明了梁律师的不专业。 朋友们，在你们选择律师事务所之前，请仔细考虑。我强烈建议你们不要选这家公司。

If you have the same experience as ours, suggest you to submit a complaint to Law Society!!! 在我们公司付完定金之后，Patty Zhang回复就非常非常慢，一个月回复一封邮件已经很好了，电话也联系不上，邮件不回，太糟糕了，完全没有职业道德，浪费我们时间，我们准备去投诉他们了。 大家有相同经历的话可以去Law Society投诉他们！！！

我們委託了梁律師代理我們的案子， 我們跟著他的指示做了一切他要的資料，後來他說他有個律師考試，可能他一心只專注在自己的考試上，根本沒有檢查我們的資料導致我們有嚴重的處罰。 還有一開始的報價跟實際上給的差距真的很大，而且把很多沒必要的文件也打印出來，光打印費就花了快500刀。 真心不推薦梁律師(Jason Neo)給任何需要criminal law方面幫助的朋友們。
