Worst parking ever. They park my ranger rover outside and when I cam back my car was full of construction material coming from upstairs. Very irresponsible. Their manager contacted me and offered me a free car wash and a refund. But, nothing has happened. It’s bern more than one month.

Heaps of spots which are "reserved" for no one in particular, with the remaining ones being Lilliputian and at practically impossible angles - while the "night parking" rate from 5pm-midnight is a decent 15, I would gladly pay double the amount for a reasonable parking space where I don't have to do a 51-point turn to get out of my lot. Absolutely nightmarish - 100% would not recommend.
We went to the open-air stage to watch Carmen and parked here. It meant a 20-minute walk to the venue which was acceptable. Parking was secure and cost just 17.50 for the evening. Like Cinderella you need to be out of there by midnight - sharp!
They valet parked my car in someone’s private spot. When I picked up the car, they gave me my keys & sent me down to get my car. I got an absolute earful from the spot’s legitimate owner when I returned to collect my car. Dodgy as hell to take my money and park my car in a spot they had no right to. Imagine if I charged some bloke to park their car in your garage without your permission.

Appalling. I called to ask whether they still participated in Secure A Spot, having had a bad experience previously, and they said they were. I explained we had a concert to go to at the Opera House. I booked them, turned up to pick up my car at 10, after the concert, to find the carpark closed. I called the after hours number and they said they closed at 9 pm!! No one mentioned this. They have an after 5 pm parking deal but they close at 9! I now have to either pay 125 tomorrow to get my car or I have to return in the morning before 7am and pay the overnight rate. If I get there anytime after 7am, that's more hours racking up, so unless I get the train in at 6am, I won't make it! I will NEVER use this place again. Useless. I urge you all not to either as they clearly do not respect customer service and honesty, instead prefering to sap as much money from you as they can.
Had booked online for 5pm arrived at 4:50 and wasn’t allowed in and was sent away into peak hour traffic. Poor customer service, first and last time I’d use secure parking, back to Wilson, a lot better.
